Yoga is a total body workout and we have a variety of yoga classes ranging from slow flow to more vigorous classes. Yoga can enhance or compliment any existing workout as well as alleviate stress for an overall zen experience. This is great for all fitness levels. There are modifications for each pose for those new to yoga and advanced options shown for those that have practiced for years.
